Opening Night
A brief run through of the programme for the season, a rolling slide show of some of our favourite images from last year and a chance to meet and chat with old friends and new members over a cup of tea or coffee ..and biscuits!. There will be no admission fee for members or visitors...
Out on Location
We will be doing what photographers like to do, taking photographs at a location not far from the club. An opportunity to learn, practice and have fun. Please note this will start from 7.00pm
Critique Night
Members will be given helpful and supportive feedback on images that they have submitted. A great opportunity to learn more about how to take even better photographs in a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere. Always a popular evening.
Workshop
A chance for members to “watch and learn” about some of the techniques in the photographer’s armoury. More details to follow.
Portrait Lighting
A chance to watch and then have a go at taking some portrait images using various flash techniques. We hope to have two set ups in different parts of the hall enabling two shoots to be run at the same time.
