For competition I’d clone out the crane and then crop a lot of the sky out – all the interest is in the bottom half of the image.
I’d also tone down the pink building as it dominates too much. I’d also consider toning down the ‘orange’ buildings on the left side of the frame for the same reason.
Would tone down the orange and pink building as they overbalancing the image towards the left. A little too much sky but you couldn’t crop it without cutting into the crane so that would have to go.

I believe it would be a stronger picture if it was cropped down the Lh side, removing the pink building which is dominating the image.
