Keyworth Camera Club took part in the recent 2023 N&EMPF Interclub Print Championships where we finished in a creditable fifth place, which we thought wasn’t bad as this was our first time entering this competition.
Congratulations go to club member Rob Inglis whose photograph Takes Five was not only our highest scoring image but was also chosen by judge Stephen Dean for his selectors award.
As we move into a new year, Keyworth Camera Club have decided to have a couple of months where everything is done via Zoom, so we will all be tuning in from our homes and not having to venture out into the bitter weather conditions that can grip our country at this time of year….

We are very pleased to announce that Paul Burrows was notified yesterday that his image “Common Blue” was chosen by the National Trust as the winner of their Instagram competition to celebrate the #BigButterflyCount. Thursday August 13th saw Keyworth Camera Club hold its last summer competition via Zoom. As with the previous three rounds there were two sections, colour and monochrome, the only restriction being that each entrant could only submit two nature images over both sections. 46 images were entered into the colour section and 32 in monochrome. …
