Country Park Outing

Keyworth Camera Club’s monthly outing for April was a trip to Rushcliffe Country Park in the early evening. Eight of our members turned up – you can see six of them in one of the photographs accompanying this post.

Nature was the focus of the evening with plants, blossom, a variety of ducks, swans and a couple of rats all having their photographs taken. The hoped for colourful sky of sunset never happened as dusk stole the light.

Once again a KCC outing proved to be an enjoyable event, not least because it gets us out and about with our cameras and provides a great opportunity for those who are new to photography to learn from the more experienced members.

Whether next months trip will be a daytime session or another held in the evening has yet to be decided, but one thing we can be sure of is that it will be well-worth attending.
