Silhouettes – Online Competition 11

The next in our ongoing weekly just for fun competitions has come to an end. This time around the theme was silhouettes.

As usual the entries covered a wide range of subject matter, from kitchen utensils to aircraft, from plants to people. Most of the photographs were presented as monochrome images.

As the voting began it looked like it might be a close-run thing with four images sharing equal scores, but it wasn’t long before one of the photographs romped into the lead and never looked back as it took first place by a considerable margin.

Once again we raise our glasses to Tony Walker, our undisputed King of theme competitions for his image Faithful Friend. Will anyone be able to topple him from his throne in the coming weeks? Watch this space!

Three images were joint second, Into the Unknown, Being told off and Photographer captures photographer.
