V.E. Day Celebrations

The Bank Holiday was moved to Friday 8th May in order for the country to commemorate the end of World War II with Victory in Europe 75 years ago.

Despite the lockdown conditions we find ourselves it at present the people of Keyworth came out in big numbers to join ion with the Front Garden celebrations, and those without a front garden were on the roadside observing the social distancing rules.

Several members of the camera club were out and about recording this historic day. This is a sample of the images taken and a full gallery can be seen by clicking here where you will be able to download your image for free.
