Puppy Image Brings Success

Success for Keyworth Camera Club member Paul Burrows as he wins a competition on Photocrowd. This was for colour photos of puppies. The puppy could be in any natural setting whether sitting, sleeping or in action, but not in staged studio shots. As you can imagine this theme brought in a huge entry, 812 from 541 different entrants.

Paul’s photograph of two six-week-old sleeping Cavalier King Charles Spaniels hit top spot two days after the voting opened, and he kept expecting it to drop down the list. After 44,837 votes, Paul’s picture remained in top spot.

To gain top place out of so many entries is something to be extremely proud of. This really is a superb achievement. Congratulations Paul.
