Strong First Half of the 2025–26 Competition Season

The first half of the 2025–26 competition season has produced an excellent standard of work across all sections, with Rounds One to Three showcasing the depth and variety of photography within the club.

Across the colour and monochrome sections, for both prints and digital images, the judges were presented with a wide range of creative interpretations, strong technical execution, and thoughtful composition, whilst the Nature section also delivered impressive entries, with high-quality images consistently earning praise.

Several members have made a particularly strong impact in the early stages of the season, appearing regularly in the top placings, while many others have seen their work rewarded with highly commended and commended scores, underlining the overall strength of entries across the club.

With three rounds now completed, the competitions have set an encouraging tone for the rest of the season. Members can look forward to more high-quality images, friendly rivalry, and exciting results in the second half of the season.
